It’s that time again! Just Thursday over at Murdock’s Mama!
Outside my window.. Sunny with some fluffy white clouds. Hotel Zone is glistening, and there are hawks flying over the mangrove jungle.
The time is.. 11:37 am
Today I feel.. happy with life!
I am thinking.. I should really get some actual work done. Blogging is addictive! Let’s just say the blogging business is a part of my 5-year plan, shall we?
At the moment, I am thankful.. for my husband, who got up early this morning to help me with the dogs.
I am going.. shopping today for more work pants/skirts. The zipper on my one and only skirt broke this week!
I am wearing.. a work skirt I borrowed from human resources, and my polyester uniform shirt. Grrrr.
I wish.. I had money to go somewhere cool this weekend. Maybe I’ll convince Jorge about the beach?? That’s almost free! I also wish I didn’t have to wear a gross uniform to work.
I am reading.. nothing right now… except blogs, TMZ and hotel descriptions.
I am working on.. figuring out Twitter.
I am hoping.. that Jorge will let me watch my home improvement/design shows on TV tonight! The only one he likes is Clean House. (I did get to watch an hour of House Hunters International last night while he was out! Hurray!) Thursdays are “house night” on Discovery Home and Health!!
I am hearing.. the clicking of keyboards in the office.
I bet you didn’t know.. that Jorge is looking for a parttime job, which is almost impossible to find in Cancun.
One of my favorite.. new restaurants is a little burrito place we found last week! Going back for lunch today with my coworkers. SO. EXCITED.
My weekend plans include.. Jorge’s cousin’s daugher’s baptism party on Saturday at a ranch!!! Hopefully the beach on Sunday *fingers crossed*!
