My Bachelorette Party

28 Jul

I’m going to limit the pictures for this one for obvious reasons, even though my dad’s seen them all anyway (thanks to cousin Aubrie for documenting it all in such detail on Facebook haha)

Overall, nothing too crazy. Nobody threw up, there was no stripper involved, and everyone made it back to the hotel rooms at the same time (4 am) It was a TON of fun!

Me and my entourage in the hotel room before heading out

First we went to Carlos and Charlie's for dinner and drinks.

Needless to say, it was a great time.

"Logan", the "sexy" manager had a thing for misplaced quotation marks. My poor cousin Aubrie was tattooed in permanent marker (yes, it did come off before the wedding)

Meghan and Noelle 🙂

While we were eating dinner, Sarah and Noelle asked me some questions about Jorge and myself. (Jorge had written down his own answers beforehand) Our answers matched for almost everything, but I still maintain that he lied on a few of those questions haha

me and the girls

Next, we went next door to Cancun's most famous nightclub.

There were some pretty awesome shows, including these acrobats. We also saw "Beyonce" (a hot mess), "Austin Powers" (cheesy), "Michael Jackson" (awesome) and "Jay-Z" (pretty sure they just picked out the first black guy they came across, because this guy looked nothing like Jay-Z)

Apparently Noelle was having a GREAT time.

Aubrie and me 🙂

Some *cough*all*cough* of us may have danced on the bar... and the stage.

Around 2 am, guess who coincidentally showed up at Coco Bongo?

My fiance.

And all my guy cousins.

So anyway, we hung out with them for awhile before everyone headed back to our hotel.

What’s the craziest bachelor/bachelorette party you’ve been to?

Ohhh…so wish I could have made it to your party!!!! I’ll have to make it up to you amiga!

Anyways, beautiful family you have, and looks like a great time was had by all!!!

LMAO at the Jay-Z comment…I think you are right on!!!

K – So true! The show is very cheesy at times, but overall it really keeps you entertained! And Michael Jackson was really really good.

Lauren – Don’t worry amiga, we’ll go out another time! Yeah, “Jay-Z” was much skinnier and had much darker skin than I remembered. Oh well… I guess there aren’t many people living in Cancun who look like Jay-Z haha

Pretty funny that we showed up and immediately noticed that you all were there 🙂 I walked over to Meghan who was dancing on the bar, kissed her, and walked away. All the guys around me were looking at me like I was the man (obviously they weren’t aware that we’re engaged). hehe.

It was a lot of fun though! I’m glad you all had a good time. I’m pretty sure Jorge enjoyed himself.

LOVE your dress. Looks like an awesome party! I think ending the night with your Fiance is kinda perfect.

I’ve been to so many crazy ones. One the ugly bell boy came in and did a little strip tease for us. Even though we didn’t ask him to!

Another time we went to a duling piano bar dressed in our 80’s fare and ended up hanging out with the gay softball team at the table next to us!

Yours looks crazier than any of the ones I’ve ever been to. 🙂 It looks like you guys had an awesome time!

I love your outfit BTW. And of course the feathery pink crown too. VERY necessary. (I had one kind of like it.)

Looks like you had a blast!! We started my stagette party at my place with a stripper but we had made sure that he wouldnt take evrything off it was more just for a laugh. It turned out that I sort of knew him from the gym LOL We played a lot of games and then finished the night off in La Boom (now closed). It was one of the best nights of my life aside from my wedding 🙂

well that only looks like the best time ever! my grandma always put quotations around my name when she gives me cards and things and i always thought it was so weird! as if it’s not really my name! maybe logan was like his stripper name…if bar managers have those…
